This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Packets uses on packets.build (our marketing website) and admin.packets.build (our platform). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

3. Where Consent Applies

packets.build (marketing website)

Analytics and marketing cookies fire on anonymous visitors. Consent is required and managed via the "Privacy Choices" link in the footer. GTM, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads are not loaded until you make an affirmative choice.

admin.packets.build (platform)

Only authenticated B2B users access the platform. Analytics (PostHog) runs on a legitimate interest basis. No consent banner is shown. PostHog session recording is disclosed in this policy and in the Privacy Policy.

4. Managing Your Preferences

  • "Privacy Choices" footer link: update your analytics and marketing cookie preferences on packets.build at any time
  • Browser settings: most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will break the platform
  • PostHog session recording opt-out: contact admin@packets.build
  • Google Analytics opt-out: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on

5. Changes

We update this policy when we add, change, or remove cookies. Material changes follow the 30-day advance notice process in our Privacy Policy.
